Cancellations and returns policy

• If we have not yet dispatched your order: By notifying us by email of your wish to cancel the order. This must be done within seven days of the order being placed.
• If we have already dispatched your order: By returning the goods to us within seven days of receipt. Full instructions on how to do this are on the returns form that is sent with the order. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

2.1 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus original delivery charges) or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
2.2 Your right to cancel or return an order in accordance with clauses 1.– 2.1 will only apply if the item(s) are in an original and unused condition with any labelling still attached.
2.3 This cancellation and returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
