SHIPPING INFORMATION

General shipping information
All orders are shipped with Post NL registered Parcel service with insurance. Shipping time can be up to 14 business days depending on distance, for EU 3-8 working days. As soon as your package has been shipped you'll be notified and receive the tracking information.

Shipping rates

    Shipping rates are:
  • The Netherlands € 10,00
  • On all final purchases outside of The Netherlands €10,00 and a 5% margin will be calculated.

Insurance is added to all orders. Delivery and transit delays Wherever possible shipping/delivery is recorded or registered. The shipping/delivery time to most countries of the world is normally within 14 working days, however on some occasions this may be extended by a few days if the postal system or carrier has restrictions or additional delays beyond the control of Xh.sa ltd. Xh.sa ltd. will use reasonable endeavors to meet delivery estimates but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so however arising. The dates quoted for shipping/delivery are estimates only and a failure by Xh.sa ltd with them shall not be a breach of these terms and conditions of sale. Customs and import duties information You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order;

  • where goods are not available;
  • where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
  • if there has been a pricing or product description error;
  • or if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Pricing

  • All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
  • Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
