WHO IS DJ PRIME?

I'm a Club-, Radio- and Mixtape-Dj. I have been in the game for over 12 years. The main genres are HipHop R&B and Dancehall music, but I also play music outside those categories.
My gigs are all over the place, mostly in The Netherlands, but I travel a lot too. You can also check me on the radio, together with Dj Waxfiend, every fridaynight from 10pm till 11pm on FunX radio www.funx.nl.

I got inspired when I saw some American Dj's play. After that, I went to see Dj Kid Capri play. I decided to combine that inspirational moment with my love for music and my record collection and started saving for Dj gear. When I finally bought it, I practiced for over a year in my bedroom before I decided to make the step to play in a club.

Fashion and music go hand in hand. I find it important to stand out and have your own style as well in dj'ing as in fashion

I like my clothing to be comfortable. I like different styles. A suit or t-shirt and jeans. As long as it fits the ocassion. Sneakers are my favorite accessories though.

I'm going to continue playing, so you can find me on the radio or in the club whether it's in The Netherlands or abroad, I will keep playing music!
